Silicon Valley Connector

Silicon Valley Connector Reservations now in flexigo

As of May 15, 2025, all Silicon Valley Connector reservations must be made using the flexigo app.

Update 5/15/25 12:00 p.m.: The Off-campus Shuttle module is now live. If you have a reservation that was booked using the previous system, please go to "My Trips" in the Off-Campus Shuttle" module and check whether your reservations were imported. If not, please re-book them using the flexigo app.

To get started, follow these steps, or view our user guide with app screenshots.

  1. Download the flexigo app on iOS or Android and sign in using your Cruz ID and Gold Password (this is required to see the Silicon Valley Connector options)
  2. Tap on the “Off-Campus Shuttle” module.
  3. Select "Search Routes"
  4. At the top of the screen, select the date for the reservation you’d like to make, then scroll to and tap the card with the trip details matching your schedule.
  5. Check the reservation details, adjust the “From” and “Until” dates if necessary, and tap "Reserve."
  6. Confirm that you’d like to make the reservation.
  7. The reservation is confirmed by the system.
  8. Reservation details will then be available on the My Trips card within the Off-Campus Shuttle module. If needed, reservations can be canceled from this screen by tapping the X on the My Trips card.

Reservations made prior to May 15th will automatically be transferred to the flexigo app, but we encourage you to go to the "Off-Campus Shuttle" module and check "My Trips" to confirm. If you do not see the trips you booked previously, please re-book them in the flexigo app.

Beginning Monday, May 19th, drivers will verify pre-booked reservations at the time of boarding. To streamline that process, you will also be able to check in by using the flexigo app to scan a QR Code on the shuttle.

This is a pilot period while we launch this functionality in the flexigo app. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Thank you for your patience while we work to continue improving TAPS services.
